ABOUT ME...

Keri Taylor

I am a motorbiker, rocker and animal-mad 50 year old mum of 4 humans and 4 furries.
 
I am a Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer and have qualifications in Level 2 Instructing Weight Lifting, Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise Programmes, Kettlebells and Suspension Training. I also have a diploma in Nutritional Therapy.
 
I ride a Kawasaki Ninja in my own time, and volunteer at a local animal sanctuary. Quite partial to making friends with seagulls.
 
A school teacher by trade, I took up PT’ing in 2017 after discovering the power of strength training at the age of 40, and realising more women need it in their lives, particularly to counteract natural muscle and bone degradation.

If someone had said to me 12 months ago go to the gym, have PT sessions and start running I’d have thought they’d lost the plot and said no chance but here I am feeling full of energy, feeling stronger than I did in my 20’s and loving it.
